Description:

Pharmacological properties
Impaza increases the activity of endothelial NO synthase, restores the production of nitric oxide by the endothelium during sexual stimulation, increases the content of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in smooth muscles and promotes their relaxation, which leads to an increase in the blood circulation of the cavernous bodies. These effects provide an erection sufficient in strength and duration.
Due to the positive impact on the central mechanisms of regulation of erection, the drug increases libido (sexual desire) and satisfaction with sexual intercourse.
Prolonged use of the drug helps to increase the content of testosterone in serum (with a moderately reduced initial level)

Indications for use
Erectile dysfunction of various origins. Vegetative menopausal disorders in men (weakness, fatigue, decreased physical activity, decreased libido, etc.)

Contraindications
Increased individual sensitivity to the drug.

Dosage and administration
At one dose, keep 1 pill in the mouth until completely dissolved (15-20 minutes before meals).
Application options:
1. Periodic reception. To stimulate an erection, the drug is taken twice a day on the day of suspected sexual intercourse: 1 pill 2 hours before sexual intercourse and 1 pill 1 hour before it.
2. Regular intake. To stabilize sexual potency (ability to have sex), a therapeutic course of 12 weeks is recommended, during which the drug is taken 1 pill every other day, preferably in the evening.
