Guttalax - drops for oral administration:
1 ml of drops contains sodium picosulphate 7.5 mg; in plastic bottles with cork-dropper, 15 or 30 ml
Guttalax has a laxative effect.
atonic constipation; stool regulation (hemorrhoids, proctitis, anus fissures); preparation for surgical operations, instrumental and X-ray studies.
hypersensitivity to sodium picosulfate or other ingredients of the drug; intestinal obstruction; strangulated hernia; acute inflammatory diseases of the abdominal organs; peritonitis; abdominal pain of unknown origin; severe dehydration; bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract; (I trimester).
Contraindicated in pregnancy (I term). With care - the lactation period.
Diarrhea, abdominal pain, dehydration, violation of water and electrolyte balance, weakness, convulsions, decrease in blood pressure.
Guttalax taken orally before bedtime. Adults, the initial dose - 10 drops, with severe and persistent constipation - up to 30 drops. For children over 4 years old, the initial dose is 5-10 drops.Depending on the effect obtained, the dose in subsequent administrations is increased or decreased.
Do not use daily without medical supervision for more than 10 days. Children Guttalax should be prescribed only on the recommendation of a doctor
The drug should be stored out of reach of children at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C. Shelf life - 5 years.
