Medisorb P is a special polymer dressing designed for the treatment of difficult-to-heal wounds in a moist environment. The dressing provides an appropriate moist environment in the wound, which contributes to the natural healing process. Provides control over the amount of exudate for wounds with abundant discharge.

Properties:

• absorbent properties dressings allow you to use it in the treatment of wounds with a large amount of discharge

• regulates humidity - maintains a moist wound environment, which, in turn, creates optimal conditions for the healing process

• protects the wound from mechanical damage - a layer of soft and flexible polyurethane foam minimizes the effects of accidental secondary damage

• self-adhesive - does not require the use of a secondary dressing

Application:

- bedsores I-IV degree
- ulcers of the leg

Not recommended apply bandage in cases of deep fungal infections and third-degree burns, as well as infected wounds.

Bandage structure:

- self-adhesive contact layer, allows you to fix the bandage on the wound without sticking to the wound itself
- hydrogel layer with high absorbing abilities
- soft foam that allows moisture to evaporate, and at the same time protects the wound from mechanical damage
- outer polyurethane foam that lets in air, water vapor and at the same time is a bacteriological barrier.
