1 pill contains: dry senna extract with a total amount of anthracene aglycones in terms of chrysophanic acid and a dry matter of at least 1.35% - 0.3 g
Excipients: milk sugar (lactose), potato starch, Calcium stearate - to obtain a pill weighing 0.400 g.

Mechanism of action

Senna extract has a laxative effect, occurring after 8-12 hours. The laxative effect is due to the content of antraglycosides, acting on the receptors of the large intestine and enhancing its motility, which leads to more rapid bowel movements.

- Chronic constipation caused by hypotension and sluggish peristalsis of the large intestine.
- Regulation of the chair with hemorrhoids, proctitis, anal fissures.

Dosage and Administration

The drug should be taken orally, 1-2 tables. 2–3 times a day before meals or 1-2 tablets. at night and in the morning on an empty stomach. The course of treatment is from 1–4 days to 1–1.5 months.
