Mechanism of action

Broth columns with stigmas of corn has a choleretic effect, has diuretic properties.

Indications and usage

Chronic hepatitis, non-calculous cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia, edematous syndrome associated with impaired renal function.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug, gallstone disease, pregnancy, lactation, children under 12 years old.

Dosage and administration

About 10 g (3 tablespoons) of the stigmas are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material wring out. The volume of the resulting broth is brought to 200 ml with boiled water. Take 1–3 tablespoons every 3-4 hours.

Allergic reactions are possible.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry, dark place; cooked broth (infusion) - in a cool place for no more than 2 days.
