Dosage and administration

Apply phyto-cream on clean skin of the feet with light massaging movements until completely absorbed. Especially effective is the use of phyto-cream on steamed feet before bedtime. After applying it is recommended to wear cotton socks. Avoid getting phyto-cream in the eyes.
