Adverse Effects

In rare cases, the following undesirable side effects were noted during the use of the drug; burning eyes, blurred vision (immediately after instillation); corneal clouding (diarrhea), iritis.
Allergic reactions; itchy eyes, hyperemia, angioedema of the face, fever, chills, photosensitivity, skin rash (mainly erythematous, urticaria), erythema multiforme; nausea, vomiting.

Drug interactions

Diklo-F may enhance the effect of indirect anticoagulants. The simultaneous use of this drug with diflunisal (as it may develop bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract) and other NSAIDs, including Acetylsalicylic acid in large doses (3 days more), is not recommended.
If necessary, you can apply simultaneously with other eye drops, including those containing glucocorticosteroids. At the same time, the interval between applications should be at least 5 minutes to prevent the leaching of the active substances by subsequent doses.

Patients using contact lenses should use the drug Diclo-F only when the lenses are removed and can put them on 15 minutes after the instillation of the drug.
The bottle must be closed after each use. Do not touch the eye with a pipette tip.
During the period of treatment, it is necessary to refrain from engaging in potentially hazardous activities that require high concentration of attention and quickness of psychomotor reactions.
