Hypersensitivity, viral (including herpetic) or fungal infections, tuberculosis, purulent eye inflammation, glaucoma, perforation of the eardrum (for use in ENT).
The safety of using Sofradex during pregnancy and lactation periods has not been established.
Irritation, burning, pain, itching, dermatitis at the site of application, increased intraocular pressure, subcapsular cataract (with prolonged use), thinning of the cornea (with diseases of the cornea or sclera, accompanied by a decrease in the thickness of these shells).
1-2 drops of Sofradex in the affected eye up to 6 times per day or more. 2-3 drops instilled into the ear 3-4 times a day. Course - up to 7 days.
