Composition and release form

Vaginal gel containing hydroxyethyl cellulose;

in hygienic disposable tubes with a capacity of 6.5 ml and in tubes of 20 g; in the package 5 and 1 pc., respectively.

Pharmacology

Montavit gel has a lubricating effect. It compensates for the lack of natural vaginal secretions, moisturizes and lubricates the walls of the vagina. Facilitates vaginal penetration, eliminates discomfort, burning sensation, tension, and pain during coitus and intravaginal interventions.

Indications

Dryness of the mucous membrane of the vagina (violation of the composition or reduction of vaginal secretions in menopause, with vaginism, after operations on the uterus and ovaries); gynecological interventions with intravaginal insertion of instruments.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.

Adverse effects

Montavit Gel is well tolerated, having an exceptionally good lubricating effect; It has no negative effect on the mucous membrane of the vagina and on the penis.

Dosage and administration

Montavit gel is applied topically; once or as necessary applied to the region of the vestibule of the vagina before sexual intercourse or gynecological examination. The dose and frequency of use are determined individually.
