Indications

Seasonal (pollinosis) and perennial allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma, urticaria and angioedema, atopic and other allergic dermatitis, frequent respiratory infections.

Dosage and administration

Subcutaneously for adults and for children older than 6 years old 0.2 ml 1 time per week, children from 4 to 6 years 0.1 ml 1 time per week; course of 5-10 weeks. During the year can be held from 1 to 4 courses. In case of pollinosis, the drug is administered 6-8 weeks before the period of flowering of the allergenic plant; with frequent respiratory infections, prophylaxis should be given in spring and autumn.

Side effect

Increase in body temperature to subfebrile numbers, weakness, exacerbation of the chronic focus of infection, short-term increase in cough in chronic bronchitis, increased skin rash in skin allergies. These symptoms are usually mild and transient, do not require discontinuation of the drug.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy and breastfeeding period, children under 4 years old, acute infection, active tuberculosis, decompensated diseases of the internal organs.

Carefully. Caution should be used in the presence of foci of chronic infection (chronic tonsillitis, sinusitis) because of the possibility of their exacerbation.

Drug interaction

RUZAM drug interactions^® with other drugs not registered. Ruzam^® can be prescribed together with antihistamine, glucocorticosteroid drugs or antibiotics.
