Indications
Symptomatic treatment of inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity, pharynx and larynx, including:
- stomatitis;
- gingivitis;
- glossitis;
- afty;
- periodontal disease;

- pharyngitis;
- laryngitis.
As an analgesia for dental procedures.
Dosing regimen
The drug is used topically in the form of rinses. For adults should be carried out 2 rinses / day. For 1 rinse, use 10 ml of Oka solution (5 injections). Teenagers over 12 years old per rinse should not use more than 6 ml (3 injections). Children from 6 to 12 years For 1 rinse, use 4 ml of Oka solution (2 injections).
Rinse solution should be prepared in a cup attached to the package, half filled with drinking water (100 ml). One click on the dispenser-injector (1 injection) corresponds to 2 ml of Oka solution.
Rules of preparation of the solution
The nebulizer should be brought into a functional position by turning the nozzle in the direction of the “open” lettering, injecting into the attached plastic cup by pressing the nebulizer until it stops (injections are repeated until the dose prescribed by the doctor is reached), dissolve the injected dose in 100 ml of drinking water (half a plastic cup).
Adverse Effects

If the drug is swallowed, systemic side effects may develop.
Contraindications
- "aspirin" asthma;
- Hypersensitivity to Ketoprofen or other NSAIDs.
WITH caution the drug should be used for gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute phase, ulcerative colitis in the acute phase, Crohn's disease, diverticulitis, peptic ulcer, hemophilia and other blood clotting disorders, in the third trimester of pregnancy, during lactation (breastfeeding), and in children under the age of 6 years.
Pregnanacy and breastfeeding
The use of the drug Oka in the third trimester of pregnancy is not recommended. In the I and II trimesters of pregnancy, the drug Oka should be used with caution and under the supervision of a physician.
If necessary, the use of the drug during lactation breastfeeding should be discontinued.
Use in children
Caution should be used in children under the age of 6 years.
Special notes
Prolonged use of the drug may cause sensitization. In this case, you should stop using the drug and find adequate treatment methods.
Accidental ingestion of the rinse solution does not lead to serious consequences, since a single dose for rinsing contains 160 mg of ketoprofen lysine salt, which corresponds to the dose intended for oral administration.
Overdosage
Currently, no cases of overdose with Oka have been reported.
