DOSAGE FORM: Tablets, coated.

DESCRIPTION:

Round, biconvex tablets, coated pink color with a brown tinge, with a risk on one side.

COMPOSITION:

1 coated pill Klimadinon® Uno contains:
Active substances:

32.5 mg of Tsimitsifuga (Cropicon racemes) (Cimicifuga racemosa L.) rhizomes dry extract contains 20% (6.5 mg) of cimicifuga rhizomes of the native extract (4.5-8.5: 1, extractant ethanol 60% o / o); 58.5% lactose monohydrate; 19.5% cellulose and 2% silicon dioxide.

Excipients:

Cellulose powder, fumed silica, lactose monohydrate, Magnesium stearate, corn starch, Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium carboxymethylstarch (type A), methylhydroxypropylcellulose (hypromellose) markogol 4000, titanium dioxide E171, E172 iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow E172.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Klimadinon® Uno has an estrogen-like effect, exhibits sedative properties, and has a positive therapeutic effect on the autonomic nervous system.The use of the drug contributes to the weakening or complete disappearance of the symptoms of malaise during menopause.
The therapeutic effect of Klimadinon® Uno occurs gradually and appears after about 2 weeks of treatment.

INDICATIONS FOR USE
Vegetative-vascular and mental disorders in pre-, meno-and postmenopause ("hot flashes", increased sweating, sleep disturbance, increased excitability, mood changes, apathy, etc.).

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Individual hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, lactose intolerance.
It can not be used to treat patients with estrogen - dependent tumors. It should not be used during pregnancy and lactation.
With care: abnormal liver function. Patients who have undergone previous liver disease, before taking the drug should consult with your doctor.

SIDE EFFECTS

In rare cases, temporary pain in the stomach, allergic reactions to the components of the drug.

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION AND DOSES

Klimadinon® Uno is taken orally on 1 pill 1 time per day with a small amount of liquid and, if possible, at the same time of day (in the morning or in the evening). Without consulting a doctor, the drug should not be taken for more than 3 months.

Overdosage

In case of an overdose of Klimadinon® Uno, complaints of pain in the stomach indicated in the “Side Effects” section may be more pronounced. In this case, you should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.

INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEDICINES

Interactions with other drugs are currently unknown.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
In appointing the drug to patients with diabetes, it should be borne in mind that 1 coated pill contains 0.01 bread units (COT)
The drug in recommended doses does not affect the ability to drive a car and work with cars.
In case of irregular or renewed menstruation, as well as in case of prolonged or other recurring complaints, it is necessary to consult a doctor, as there may be talk of diseases requiring medical consultation.

FORM ISSUE
Coated tablets. On 15 pills in the blister from aluminum foil (the lower side) and films from PVC, PE, PVDH (upper side). On 2, 4, 6, blisters are placed in a folding box along with instructions for use.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store pills in a dry and dark place at a temperature not higher than 25 "C.
