Mechanism of action

Phlogenzym - is a combination of enzymes (bromelain and trypsin) and rutin. Bromelain and trypsin contribute to the rapid breakdown of cellular fragments and metabolic products of the inflammatory process, rutin restores the permeability of vascular walls, which leads to a decrease in edema and hematomas.

Flogenzym has anti-inflammatory, fibrinolytic, antiplatelet, immunomodulatory and anti-edema effects, a complex effect on physiological and pathophysiological processes.

Improves the functional state of blood cells and the vascular wall; reduces blood viscosity and the risk of blood clots in blood vessels, contributes to the lysis of already formed blood clots. It improves microcirculation in the foci of chronic inflammation, increases the delivery of oxygen and nutrients, thereby stimulating the reparative processes in chronic diseases and in the postoperative period.As a result, edema is reduced, hematomas dissolve faster and pain syndrome decreases.

Indications and usage

In the complex therapy:

- damage to tendons, ligaments, sports injuries;
- treatment of acute deep vein thrombosis, superficial vein thrombophlebitis, post-phlebitic syndrome, chronic arteriopathies (including obliterating atherosclerosis of lower limb arteries);
- treatment of acute and chronic inflammation of the urogenital tract (urethritis, cystitis, cystopielitis, prostatitis);
- treatment of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs (adnexitis, salpingo-oophoritis), vascular complications of menopause, to reduce the frequency and severity of side effects of hormone replacement therapy in gynecology;

Contraindications
