Mechanism of action

Indications and usage

Pain syndrome of mild or moderate severity with smooth muscle spasms (renal and biliary colic, intestinal spasm, dysmenorrhea, etc.), neuralgia, arthralgia, myalgia, pain after diagnostic and surgical interventions, fever with colds and infectious and inflammatory diseases.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, marked disorders of the liver and kidneys, congenital deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, tachyarrhythmia, collaptoid state, impaired blood formation,angle-closure glaucoma, intestinal obstruction, megacolon, prostate hypertrophy with a tendency to accumulation of residual urine, pregnancy (I term and last 6 weeks), breastfeeding, children (up to 6 years).

Dosage and administration
