Mechanism of action

Lespeflan has a hypoazotemic effect, helps to reduce the content of nitrogen metabolism products in the blood, increases the clearance of nitrogenous compounds (urea, creatinine, uric acid), strengthens the glomerular filtration, has a moderate diuretic effect. Lespeflan also has anti-inflammatory effects.

Indications and usage

Lespeflane is used in adults as a hypoazotemic, diuretic, and anti-inflammatory agent in the complex treatment of chronic renal failure of various origins in the latent compensated and intermittent stages.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance to the components Lespeflan. Pregnancy.

Dosage and administration

Lespeflan apply inside 5-15 ml (1 teaspoon) 3-4 times per day. It is allowed to dilute the basic solution before drinking water. The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks. If necessary, the course can be repeated after a two-week break.It is allowed to increase the daily dose of Lespeflan up to 80-100 ml per day with the extension of the course of treatment up to 6 weeks.
