Mechanism of action

Ceray Extract receive from the selected onions which are grown up on special fields. It has anti-inflammatory, bactericidal effect. It also reduces swelling and prevents excessive synthesis of connective tissue.
Heparin softens scar tissue. It also has an anti-inflammatory effect and contributes to the retention of water in the scar tissue.
Allantoin accelerates healing and relieves itching. With old scars, its main function is to restore and maintain the water content in the scar tissue and maintain blood circulation.
The properties of all ingredients enhance and complement each other. The serol base of Contractubex gel leaves a thin protective film on the surface of the scar, scar, stretch marks (stria), which protects sensitive scar tissue from damage.

Indications and usage

 
- hypertrophic and keloid scars arising after operations, amputations, burns and injuries;

Dosage and administration

 
The first procedures can be performed a few days after the wound has healed (epithelialized) - approximately 7–14 days after skin damage. Lightly moisten the scar surface before applying Contractubex. This will allow the active ingredients of the drug to be better absorbed into the scar tissue.

On fresh, gentle scars gel is applied 1-3 times a day, a thin layer and gently rubbed. Massaging with gentle pressure, the gel is rubbed from the middle to the edge of the scar until completely absorbed within 1-2 minutes.
With thick, old scars, more severe scars (a year or more from the time of occurrence) Contractubex need to be applied 1-3 times a day and rub in with massaging movements. The surface of the scar is recommended for the night to close with a pressure bandage to enhance the effect of the gel.
The bandage is particularly desirable in the case when the scar, including keloid, has a large area. Soften the scar with a warm, damp sponge. Apply contractubex with a thin layer.
