Dosage and administration

Baths: Shared baths 6-7 drops. Since essential oils do not dissolve in water, it is advisable to pre-dilute the right amount of oil in a single glass of kefir, yogurt, milk or cream. An alternative could be a full tablespoon of coarse salt or a small amount of honey.

Massage: 4-6 drops per 20 grams of base. At home, as a basis, it is best to use fatty vegetable oils, such as corn, olive or soy.

In cosmetology: 3-4 drops per 20 grams of the base (take any soft cream as a base).

Compress: Apply 3-4 drops of undiluted oil to a wet compress made of gauze, flannel or soft towel.
