Active ingredient and dosage form

Bellastezin oral tablets:
1 pill contains 0.011 grams of belladonna extract and 0.3 grams of anesthesin;

Mechanism of action

Bellastezin blocks the m-choline and pain receptors. The action of Bellastezin is determined by the effects of its constituents. Antispasmodic (lowering the tone of smooth muscle organs, including the gastrointestinal tract) and antisecretory effects (reduced secretion of the gastric, pancreatic, bronchial, salivary sweat glands and bile secretion) are due to alkaloids of the atropine group from decongestant extract (hyoscyamine, scopolamine, apoatropin, etc.) analgesic (on the mucous membrane of the esophagus and stomach) - anesthesin (benzocaine).

Indications and usage

Diseases of the digestive tract, accompanied by pain, increased secretion, spasms of smooth muscles.

Contraindications

Glaucoma, prostate adenoma.

Dosage and administration

Inside, on 1 pill of Bellastezin 2–3 times a day.

Adverse reactions

Dry mouth, drowsiness, dizziness, mydriasis (dilated pupils), tachycardia.
