The composition of the gel Gehlenven: Heparin, medical leech saliva extract, Ginkgo Biloba extract, horse chestnut extract, mountain arnica extract, Japanese Sophora extract, grape crests polyphenols, dicvertin, rutin, menthol.

Mechanism of action

Gelenven is a natural effective external agent with a pronounced venotonic and anti-edema effect.

Gelenven has a complex effect and contributes to the normalization of peripheral blood circulation: increases the tone and elasticity of the vascular walls, improves venous circulation, eliminates stagnation, relieves swelling and heaviness in the legs, reduces blood clotting and the risk of clot formation, strengthens venous valves. Gelenven has also anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, stimulates metabolic processes in tissues.

Gelenven has a system of long-acting penetrating microcapsules, contributing to the rapid achievement of the effect.

Indications and usage

-Blood circulation in the veins of the lower extremities (feeling of heaviness in the legs, swelling, trophic disorders, dry skin of the legs, vascular "stars");

blues and swelling of traumatic origin, incl. in case of ligament damage, muscle sprain or bruise;

- prevention of varicose disease in the presence of a risk factor: unfavorable heredity, increased load on the legs, sedentary lifestyle.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance (including history of hypersensitivity) of the components of the gel Gelenven.

Dosage and administration

Gelenven gel should be applied to intact skin 2-3 times a day. In the initial stages of varicose veins, rub in with light massaging movements 2 times a day for 1-2 minutes until completely absorbed. The course of treatment is 6-8 weeks; repeated courses - in 1-1.5 months.
