Composition

Mechanism of action

Olestezin - drug based on natural sea buckthorn oil concentrate. Relieves pain, stimulates the regeneration of the epithelium in case of cracks and erosion of the anus, has an antimicrobial and hemostatic effect in hemorrhoids.
Medicinal substances and components of plant origin included in the preparation provide high clinical efficacy, local action aimed at eliminating pain syndrome, inflammation of hemorrhoids, increasing the tone of the cavernous veins, reducing internal and external hemorrhoids; promote regeneration of the mucous membrane; anesthesin quickly relieves pain, reduces discomfort (feeling of incomplete emptying), etazol sodium provides anti-inflammatory effect. Vitamin K contained in the concentrate of sea buckthorn oil has a hemostatic effect, improves blood coagulation, and carotenoids and other biologically active substances contribute to the restoration of the mucous membrane.

Dosage and administration

Rectal - 1 suppository 2 times a day. With severe pain and complications - 2-3 suppositories, 2 times a day. The course of treatment is 5-7 days (no more than 10 days).
