Indications
- dermatitis is simple and allergic (especially complicated by secondary infection);
- diffuse atopic dermatitis (including atopic dermatitis);
- limited neurodermatitis (including simple chronic lichen);
- eczema;
- dermatomycosis (dermatophytosis, candidiasis, versicolor versicolor), especially when localized in the groin area and large skin folds.
Dosage and administration
The drug is used externally.
Cream or ointment applied to the affected skin in a small amount, slightly rubbing, 2 times / day. The duration of treatment is determined individually and depends on the nosological form and severity of the disease. At dermatomycosis of the feet the average duration of treatment is 2-4 weeks.
If clinical improvement in the near future does not occur, it is necessary to clarify the diagnosis or change the treatment regimen.
Adverse effects
Local reactions: itching, burning sensation, irritation, dry skin, folliculitis, hypertrichosis, steroid acne, hypopigmentation, allergic reactions. When using occlusive dressings - maceration, infection, atrophy of the skin, stretch marks, prickly heat.
Systemic reactions: with prolonged treatment or application to extensive skin surfaces - weight gain, osteoporosis, increased blood pressure, edema, ulceration of the gastrointestinal mucosa, exacerbation of hidden foci of infection, hyperglycemia, agitation, insomnia, dysmenorrhea.
Contraindications
- skin tuberculosis;
- skin manifestations of syphilis;
- chickenpox;
- herpes simplex;
- skin post-vaccination reactions;
- open wounds;
- children's age up to 2 years;
- hypersensitivity to the drug.
WITH caution the drug should be used during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester, in children aged 2 to 18 years.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
In pregnancy (especially in the first trimester) the use of the drug is allowed only in cases where the intended benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. In such cases, the use of the drug should be short and limited to small areas of the skin.
It is not known whether the components of the drug are excreted in breast milk. Therefore, if necessary, use the drug Akriderm® GK during lactation should stop breastfeeding.
Use in children
Use of the drug is contraindicated in children under 2 years of age.
WITH caution the drug should be used in children aged 2 to 18 years.
Due to the fact that in children the area of the skin in relation to body weight is larger than in adults, and the epidermis is also underdeveloped, when the drug is used externally, a proportionally larger amount of active substances may be absorbed and, consequently, there is a greater risk of systemic side reactions, as well as atrophic skin changes.Use the drug in children as soon as possible and in compliance with all precautions.
Special notes
Avoid contact with eyes.
When a persistent bacterial or fungal microflora appears, the drug should be discontinued and appropriate therapy should be prescribed.
Use in pediatrics

Overdosage
Symptoms: with excessive or prolonged use of the drug may develop symptoms of hypercortisolism.
Treatment: gradual withdrawal of the drug, symptomatic therapy, if necessary - correction of electrolyte disorders.

Interaction Akriderma GK with other drugs is not installed.
