Indications:

Medicinal rosemary is recommended in folk medicine: for violations of the menstrual cycle and for its regulation; with jaundice, cholecystitis, for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, gastrointestinal disorders and colic, with nervous tension, nervous disorders, neuroses of various etiologies (menopausal, heart, etc.), neuritis, stress, hysteria, neurasthenia, insomnia, depression, to improve mood; flu, colds, sore throat, diseases of the upper respiratory tract, for the treatment of bronchitis and bronchial asthma; with loss of strength, weakening of the body after serious diseases, mental and physical fatigue, older people with impaired cerebral circulation and age-related changes in the heart.

Contraindications:

Pregnancy (act abortively), hypertension, people prone to convulsions, gastrointestinal diseases and low acidity of gastric juice. Overdose can cause vomiting, gastroenteritis, uterine bleeding, leukocytosis.

Mode of application:

Infusion: 1 teaspoon of vegetable raw materials, pour 1 cup boiling water, cover, insist 15 minutes, strain, squeeze. Take for adults 1/2 cup 1 time per day with meals. Use as dietary supplement.
