10 or 30% oil solution of alpha-tocopherol acetate for oral administration;

Mechanism of action

Alpha-Tocopherol acetate has an antioxidant effect. Participates in the biosynthesis of heme and proteins, cell proliferation, tissue respiration and other processes of cellular metabolism.

Muscular dystrophy, dermatomyositis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, dysmenorrhea, threatened abortion, hypofunction of the sex glands in men; dermatosis, psoriasis, lupus erythematosus, myocardial dystrophy, peripheral arterial spasm, liver disease.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug alpha-tocopherol acetate.

Dosage and administration

Alpha-Tocopherol acetate is used inside and in / m.
For diseases of the neuromuscular system - 50-100 mg / day for 1-2 months, again - after 2-3 months.
Men in violation of spermatogenesis and potency - 100-300 mg / day for 1 month.
With threatened abortion - 100-150 mg / day for 1 month.
With habitual abortion and the deterioration of intrauterine development - 100-150 mg / day in the first 2-3 months daily or every other day.
In peripheral vascular diseases, myocardial dystrophy, atherosclerosis - 100 mg / day for 20-40 days, again - after 3-6 months.
For skin diseases - 15-100 mg / day for 20-40 days. Infants - 5-10 mg / day.
