Drug description

Pharmacological properties

Anticholinergic agent. It causes dilated pupils, paralysis of accommodation, increased intraocular pressure, inhibits the secretion of saliva, sweat and secretion of the glands of the stomach and intestines, increases the rhythm of heart contractions, relaxes the smooth muscles of the bronchi and stomach.

Indications for use

Gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer disease, pilorospazm, cholelithiasis, intestinal cramps and urinary tract, bradyarrhythmias, for preoperative sedation, poisoning fosforotravlyayuschimi means, when X-ray gastrointestinal studies, the study of the fundus, to create a functional rest in inflammatory diseases and eye traumas, bronchial asthma, bronchitis with overproduction of mucus.
Contraindications

Dosage and administration
