Antihemorrhoidal, local anti-inflammatory, wound healing, drying, astringent, local anesthetic. Bufeksamak (arylacetic acid derivative) has anti-inflammatory effect. Bismuth subgallate has an astringent effect and promotes wound healing. Titanium dioxide has a knitting and drying effect, promotes healing of wounds. Lidocaine Hydrochloride is a local anesthetic.

Hypersensitivity reactions to the components of the drug (burning, itching, redness of the skin of the perianal zone, edema, blistering, scales, etc.) are possible.

With the simultaneous use of the drug and condoms, there may be a decrease in the strength of the condoms, which reduces their reliability.
