Composition and release form
Urolesan - drops for oral administration:
100 g drops contain fir oil 8 g, peppermint oil 2 g, castor oil 11 g, wild carrot seed extract 23 g, hop hop conical extract 32.995 g, oregano herb extract 23 g, Trilon B 0.005 g; in dark glass bottles of 15 ml, complete with cork-dropper.
pharmachologic effect
Urolesan has an antiseptic, metabolic effect.
Indications
Various forms of urolithiasis and gallstone disease;
acute and chronic pyelonephritis (kidney disease);
cholecystitis (inflammation of the gallbladder);
cholangiohepatitis (combined inflammation of the liver and bile ducts) and dyskinesia (impaired mobility) of the biliary tract.
Side effects
Slight dizziness, nausea. In this case, prescribe plentiful hot drink and rest.
Dosage and administration
Urolesan is taken orally, before meals, 8-10 drops per lump of sugar, under the tongue 3 times a day. The course of treatment depends on the severity of the disease and lasts from 5 days to 1 month. With renal and hepatic colic as part of complex therapy, a single dose can be increased to 15-20 drops.
