Composition

Antibodies to the brain-specific protein S-100 affinity-purified: a mixture of homeopathic dilutions C12, C30 and C50 - 0.003 g
Excipients:lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate.

Mechanism of action

Tenoten has anxiolytic, nootropic, stress protective, antiasthenic, antiamnesic, antihypoxic, neuroprotective, antidepressant effects. Modifies the functional activity of protein S-100, carrying out the conjugation of synaptic (informational) and metabolic processes in the brain. Providing a GABA mimetic and neurotrophic effect, it increases the activity of stress-limiting systems, contributes to the restoration of the processes of neuronal plasticity. Inhibits lipid peroxidation. In conditions of intoxication, hypoxia, in conditions after cerebral ischemia, it has a neuroprotective effect, limits the zone of damage and helps to restore the functions of the central nervous system.

Tenoten normalizes impaired activation and inhibition processes in the central nervous system. Improves memory and attention. It does not cause sedative, muscle relaxant, anticholinergic action.

Indications and usage

Neurotic and neurosis-like disorders including associated with stressful situations with manifestations of anxiety, decreased mood.

Moderately expressed functional and organic lesions of the central nervous system, accompanied by instability of the emotional background, irritability, apathy, loss of memory, fatigue, attention disorder, autonomic or motor disorders.

Contraindications

Dosage and administration
