Dosage and administration

Baths: Shared baths 6-7 drops.

Massage: 4-6 drops per 20 grams of base.

Use from 0.05 to 0.30 g of bergamot oil per day in 2-3 doses in normal dilution (with 0.5-1 teaspoon or a teaspoon of honey for 0.5 cups of warm boiled water).
