Composition

1 palstin contains:

• Collagen.
• Sodium alginate.
• Collagenase.
• Extracts from medicinal plants:
  • Maclay extract (Sanguirythrine).
  • Salvia extract (salvin).
  • Rosehip extract.
  • Chamomile extract (rotokan).

Indications for use

• In the complex treatment of inflammatory, infectious-necrotic, dystrophic diseases of the oral cavity at any stage of the pathological process, as well as for the prevention of these diseases, including:
  • Stomatitis.
  • Gingivitis.
  • Periodontitis
  • Alveolitis.
  • Glossitis.
  • After surgery on the gums and periodontal tissues, including the closure of the defect after the flap.
  • In case of injury to the gums and mucous membranes of the oral cavity and nasopharynx (burns, biting).
  • After removal of tartar.
  • Before, during and after dental prosthetics.

Clinical Pharmacology

Collagen plates for gums "FARMADONT" ("PHARMADONT") are sterile rectangular plates of spongy structure of various sizes in mm: (35-45) x (5-12) x (4-7), with a moire pattern of the surface from white-gray up to brown with a greenish or brownish tinge, with a slight specific smell.

In contact with the wet surface, the plate is fixed on it and gradually dissolves, releasing the active components: fragments of collagen, collagenase and extracts of medicinal plants, ensuring the declared properties.

• Collagen.

  Biocompatible polymer of natural origin, is a source of structural components for the restoration of its own tissue, completely absorbed, being replaced by granulation tissue.

• Collagenase.

  Natural enzyme, promotes rapid cleansing of purulent wounds from non-viable tissues and exudate, prevents the development of coarse (such as keloid) scars.

• Sodium alginate.

  Natural polysaccharide, obtained from brown algae, contains trace elements, has anti-inflammatory, healing and hemostatic effects.

• Maclay extract (Sanguirythrine).

  Isoquinoline alkaloids sanguinarine and chelerythrine. Antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (including antibiotic-resistant strains), yeast-like and filamentous fungi, pathogenic protozoa.

• Salvia extract (salvin).

  Essential oil, flavonoids, tannins, Vitamins P and PP. Anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and astringent.

• Rosehip extract.

  Vitamins C, P, K, carotene, tannins, potassium, iron, manganese, phosphorus, Calcium, Magnesium. Vasoconstrictive, normalization of local immunity.

• Chamomile extract (rotokan).

  Essential oil, flavonoids.Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antispasmodic, antimicrobial, improving tissue regeneration processes.

Contraindications

• Individual intolerance to ingredients.

Dosage and administration

Conduct oral hygiene.

With a clean, dry (!) Hand, remove the plate from the package and gently, gently pressing it, attach it to the gum or to another damaged area.

The plate itself is fixed to a wet surface and dissolves in the oral cavity, on average, within an hour (depends on the individual characteristics of the organism).

To apply for the night or 2-3 times a day in breaks between meals.

Recommended course: from one week or more (depending on the intensity of the process).

Apply until complete disappearance of symptoms.

Precautionary measures

It is not recommended to eat and drink until the plates dissolve.

Plates are completely absorbed and do not require removal.

Storage conditions

• Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature from + 4 ° С to + 25 ° С.
