Indications and usage

Dosage and administration

With hypertension and angina pectoris prescribe the drug at a dose of 5 mg / day. If necessary, you can increase the daily dose to 10 mg. Patients with dilated cardiomyopathy Treatment begins with a dose of 2.5 mg / day, with good tolerance, a gradual increase in the daily dose to 10 mg is possible. The maximum daily dose is 10 mg. Adverse reactions

Cardiovascular: palpitations, shortness of breath, hot flashes.

Contraindications

Special notes
