Pharmacology

Carniton is a biologically active food supplement, a source of vitamin B11 (vitamin W, L Carnitine, left carnitine). Improves energy metabolism at the cellular level, increases efficiency, prevents rapid fatigue, increases physical, emotional and mental endurance of a person.

Indications

In order to prevent L-carnitine deficiency; with high mental and intellectual stress; to improve performance and reduce fatigue (stimulates energy metabolism in the neurons of the brain, resulting in stimulated mental activity, improves concentration and memory); during intensive physical work and sports training (improves energy exchange in muscles and organs, which contributes to an increase in the energy resources of the body); during the recovery period after suffering diseases and surgeries (stimulates cellular energy exchange, which reduces the rehabilitation period); for the treatment of muscular dystrophy and building muscle; for the prevention of various pathologies in children with weak immunity; for weight loss (in the treatment of overweight); for prevention, as well as an adjunct in heart disease.

Hypersensitivity to the components of supplements Carniton; pregnancy and lactation.

Pregnanacy and breastfeeding

The use of supplements Carniton during pregnancy and lactation is contraindicated due to the lack of sufficient clinical data confirming the safety and efficacy of the drug in this category of patients.

The anabolic effect of left carnitine is manifested in a significant increase in the rate of protein synthesis. Especially L-carnitine accelerates the growth of a young body that has not reached puberty. On the adult organism, the anabolic effect of levocarnitine is less pronounced, but it is still quite noticeable. Clinical experiments have shown that when Carniton is used by adults suffering from exhaustion, appetite increases dramatically and body weight increases significantly. In sports, Carniton is considered an effective and safe means for muscle growth, stimulation of the assimilation of proteins, Vitamins and sugars, and reducing fatigue. The combination of the protein-synthetic and firming effect of Carniton with its complete safety made it a very popular means in all sports. The lack of left carnitine in the body does not allow the full use of fat reserve, and, despite the sufficient amount of fatty acids, the body is in need of additional nutrition. Unoxidized fat is deposited in adipose tissue, which increases the likelihood of developing a number of serious pathologies, for example, such a dangerous disease as diabetes. It also leads to obesity and related health problems. We should not forget that Carniton promotes weight loss only when a person is engaged in physical activity. Carniton also increases endurance, which helps unprepared people with excess weight to get used to training.

Dosage and administration

Adults take 17 drops (1.0 ml) once a day with meals, children 3–7 years old with 1 drop (0.05 ml) once a day with food, children 7–14 years old with 2–3 drops (0.1-0.15 ml) once a day with meals, pre-dilute the solution in a small amount of water or other beverage. The duration of treatment is 1 month.
