pharmachologic effect

Antiallergic agent, has a membrane stabilizing effect, blocks the entry of Ca2 + into mast cells, prevents mast cell degranulation and the release of histamine, bradykinin, leukotrienes (etc.), and other biologically active substances, prevents the development of bronchospasm.
