Chondroitin sulfate and Glucosamine sulfate are actively involved in the biosynthesis of connective tissue, stimulate the regeneration of cartilage tissue, prevent and slow the resorption of bone tissue.

Glucosamine is a building material for cartilage tissue, with a lack of it in the body, the processes of cartilage tissue degeneration intensify, inflammation occurs, which ultimately leads to osteoarthritis. Introduction of exogenous glucosamine enhances the production of cartilage matrix, which creates nonspecific protection against chemical damage to cartilage. Glucosamine also prevents the development of metabolic destruction of cartilage with long-term use of NVP and GCS, has anti-inflammatory and moderate analgesic effect, increases joint mobility in osteoarthritis.

To increase the therapeutic effect of glucosamine, it is advisable to combine with Chondroitin.
