

One capsule contains:
Active substance: Simethicone 40.0 mg
Excipients: gelatin, glycerol 85%, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, dye quinoline yellow (E 104), dye sun-sunset yellow (E 110).
Round yellow gelatin capsules with a seam and a smooth surface; capsule contents: colorless, viscous, slightly opalescent liquid.
Pharmacotherapeutic group: carminative.
Carminative. Reducing the surface tension at the interface, complicates the formation and contributes to the destruction of gas bubbles in the nutrient suspension and mucus of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT). Released gases can be absorbed by the intestinal walls or excreted due to peristalsis. When sono-and rogenography prevents interference and overlapping images; contributes to a better irrigation of the mucous membrane of the colon with a contrasting drug, preventing the break of the contrast film.
Due to physiological and chemical inertness it is not absorbed in the body, after passing through the gastrointestinal tract it is excreted unchanged.
- increased gas formation and gas accumulation in the gastrointestinal tract (flatulence, Remgeld syndrome, aerophagia, the formation of gases in the postoperative period);
- preparation for diagnostic procedures of the abdominal cavity and small pelvis (X-ray, sonography).
Inside, adults and children over 6 years old take 2 capsules 3-4 times a day, with a small amount of liquid, after each meal and before bedtime.
Preparation for research: 2 capsules 3 times a day the day before the study, 2 capsules in the morning on the day of the study.

Hypersensitivity, intestinal obstruction, obstructive diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, children under 6 years.
