The test set of strips "ImmunoChrom-5-MULTI-Express" is intended for one-stage fast qualitative simultaneous determination amphetamine, marijuana, morphine, cocaine and methamphetamine in human urine by immunochromatographic analysis.

The definition is based on the principle of immunochromatographic analysis, in which the analyzed sample is absorbed by the absorbing sections of the strips and, if there is a drug in the sample (or its metabolites), they react with specific antibodies labeled with colloidal gold to form an antigen-antibody complex. This complex does not react competitively with the antigen immobilized in the test zone at the T level (Test-test) and the pink band at the T (test) level is not detected, indicating the presence of the drug (or its metabolites) in the sample.

If there is no drug in the urine or when its concentration is below the pore level, the antigen immobilized in the test zone at the T level (test) reacts with antibodies labeled with colloidal gold, resulting in a pink color at the T level (test ), which indicates the absence of a drug (or its metabolites) in the analyzed urine sample.

Unreacted dough components are linked at the C marking level (Control-control), forming a pink color strip in this area. The appearance of a strip of pink at the level of marking C (control) indicates the correctness of the analysis and the correctness of the components of the strips.
The results of the reaction are evaluated visually within 10-15 minutes.

The strip set is used only for the qualitative determination of amphetamine, marijuana, morphine, cocaine and methamphetamine (or their metabolites) and is not intended for the quantitative determination of amphetamine, marijuana, morphine, cocaine and methamphetamine in urine, or to assess the degree of intoxication.

The presence in the urine at a concentration of 100 mcg / ml of other compounds (acetone, albumin, ampicillin, Aspirin, atropine, benzocaine, bilirubin, caffeine,bromine, chlorpheniramin phenothiazine, promethazine, riboflavin, secobarbital, tyramine, vitamin C) do not interfere with the determination of amphetamine, marijuana, morphine, cocaine and methamphetamine (or their metabolites).

At the same time, compounds are known structurally related compounds, which give a positive reaction during testing.

Dosage and administration

Urine is collected in a clean, dry plastic or glass dish without preservatives. Only clear samples should be used for analysis, if necessary, the urine should be filtered or centrifuged.
Impurities such as bleach or other oxidizing agents added to urine samples may give erroneous test results regardless of the analysis method used. If falsification is intended, repeat the analysis with another urine sample.

Before analysis, it is possible to store urine samples at a temperature of + 2-8 ° C for no more than 48 hours, if necessary, longer storage (up to 2-3 months) - at a temperature of -20 ° C and below.

The analyzed urine samples and the components of the ImmunoChrom-5-MULTI-Express set of strips should be brought to room temperature (+ 18-25 ° C) before the analysis. That is, urine specimens and components of a set of strips should be kept at room temperature before starting the analysis for at least 5 minutes.

In a clean, dry container to make an analyzed sample of urine. Open the package, tearing it along the slot, remove the set of strips and immerse it vertically with the end of the arrows in the urine to the limit line for 30-60 seconds.
Remove the set of strips, set it vertically and after 10-15 minutes, visually evaluate the result of the reaction.

Negative result:
Identification in the test area at the level of marking T (test) and in the control area at the level of marking C (control) over a single pink color band of any clarity and color intensity indicates a negative result of the analysis.Consequently, two pink stripes indicate that in the analyzed sample of urine the corresponding drug (and its metabolites) is missing or their concentration is below 1000 ng / ml (amphetamine), 50 ng / ml (marijuana), 300 ng / ml (morphine), 300 ng / ml (cocaine), 500 ng / ml (methamphetamine).

Note that the color band of very low intensity in the test zone, at the labeling level (T), indicates that the level of the corresponding drug or its derivatives in the urine sample is close to a threshold level of 1000 ng / ml (amphetamine), 50 ng / ml (marijuana), 300 ng / ml (morphine), 300 ng / ml (cocaine), 500 ng / ml (methamphetamine). This result should be interpreted as negative.

The detection in the control zone at the level of marking C (control) of a single pink color band of any clarity and color intensity and the complete absence of the second band in the test area at the level of marking T (test) indicates a positive result of the analysis. One pink bar indicates that the urine sample contains a drug or its derivatives, and the concentration of the corresponding drug is equal to or above 1000 ng / ml (amphetamine), 50 ng / ml (marijuana), 300 ng / ml (morphine), 300 ng / ml (cocaine), 500 ng / ml (methamphetamine).

If the strips are not detected within 15 minutes or a band appears at the marking level (T) without a strip at the marking level (C), the result cannot be interpreted. Repeat testing with a new set of strips.
