

Antifungal agent for external use. It has fungistatic and fungicidal action. It damages the cell membrane of fungi, mainly due to impaired sterol synthesis. Reduces the content of ergosterol, causes the accumulation of anomalous non-plane stereoisomers of sterols. It is active against yeast fungi of the genus Candida spp., Pityrosporum spp., Malassezia spp., Cryptococcus spp., Dermatophytes (Trichophyton spp., Microsporum spp., Epidermophyton spp.), Mold fungi (Altemaria, Hendersonus, Iopiology, Iopiology, Iopiology, Sop. Ippiopiopathy, Sop. Spp.). Cladosporium, Fonsecaea, Wangiella), dimorphic fungi (Coccidioides, Histoplasma spp., Sporothrix) and actinomycetes.
When applied externally in appropriate dosage forms, systemic absorption is negligible.
Onychomycoses caused by dermatophytes, yeast and mold fungi (in the event that no more than 2/3 of the nail plate is affected). Prevention of fungal nail infections.
Apply externally. The dose and duration of treatment depend on the evidence and the dosage form used.
Local reactions: burning, redness, itching.
The neonatal period and early childhood, pregnancy, lactation, hypersensitivity to amorolphine.
Contraindicated: pregnancy, lactation.
Contraindicated: neonatal period and early childhood.
During treatment is not recommended to use cosmetic nail polish or false nails. Wear impermeable gloves when handling organic solvents. Files used to treat affected nails should not be used to process healthy nails.
