Composition

Capsules weighing 1.36 g contain natural concentrated fat from ocean fish.
The guaranteed content of Omega-3 is not less than 35%.

Omega-3 is a family of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) necessary for the normal functioning of organs and systems. Omega-3 PUFAs are essential fatty acids, since they are not synthesized in the human body and must be supplied in sufficient quantities from the outside. The main source of essential Omega-3 is tissue fat of fish living in cold waters.

Indications and usage

Dietary supplements Oceanol Recommended as an additional source of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA):

For preventive purposes adults and children over 14 years old take 1 capsule of oceanol 2 times a day with meals. Duration of reception is 1 month. Reception can be repeated 2-3 times a year. Not a cure.
When taking Oceanola for medicinal purposes It is recommended to increase the number of capsules at the beginning of the course to 4 pieces daily with a gradual reduction to a prophylactic dose.
