Peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute phase, gastroesophageal reflux disease, incl. H2-antihistamine agents, refractory to therapy, reflux esophagitis, incl. erosive and ulcerative, pathological hypersecretory conditions (Zollinger - Ellison syndrome, polyendocrine adenomatosis, systemic mastocytosis, stress ulcer, including prevention), peptic ulcer gastrointestinal tract caused by Helicobacter pylori, NSAID-gastroenteropathy, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the stomach and duodenum in HIV-infected patients, non-ulcer dyspepsia.
Hypersensitivity, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
Inside, preferably in the morning before a meal, without chewing, without crushing and not damaging the capsule, washing down with a small amount of liquid (can be taken with food). In gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, esophageal reflux - 20 mg 1 time per day, with reflux esophagitis - 20-40 mg 1 time per day. Course duration: with duodenal ulcer - 2–4 weeks, reflux esophagitis - 4 weeks, gastric ulcer and esophageal reflux - 4–8 weeks. To prevent recurrence of duodenal ulcer and reflux esophagitis, a long-term dose of 10 mg is possible.
On the part of the digestive tract: dry mouth, lack of appetite, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, in some cases - a change in taste sensitivity, stomatitis and candidiasis of the gastrointestinal tract, polyphosis of the stomach floor, atrophic gastritis, increased activity of liver enzymes.
From the nervous system and sensory organs: headache, rarely - malaise, asthenia, dizziness, sleep disturbance, drowsiness, paresthesia, in some cases - anxiety, agitation, anxiety, depression, reversible mental disorders, hallucinations, visual disturbances, including irreversible.
Musculoskeletal system: in some cases - arthralgia, muscular weakness.
