Mechanism of action

Antimicrobial drug of the quinolone group, uroantiseptic. Bactericidal effect. Active against gram-negative bacteria: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Proteus spp., Klebsiella spp., Shigella spp., Salmonella spp.; Gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus spp.
To drug are resistant Trichomonas vaginalis, Mycoplasma spp., Chlamydia spp., Candida.
