Active ingredient and dosage form

Pikovit - pastilles:

1 pastille contains: vitamin A 600 IU, vitamin D3 80 IU, vitamin C 10 mg, vitamin B1 0.25 mg, vitamin B2 and vitamin B6 0.3 mg, vitamin B12 0.2 μg, vitamin PP 3 mg, vitamin B5 1.2 mg, folic acid 0.04 mg, Calcium 12.5 mg, phosphorus 10 mg; in the package 30 pcs.

Pikovit - syrup:

5 ml (1 tsp) of syrup contain: vitamin A 900 IU, vitamin D3 100 IU, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 1 mg each, vitamin B6 0.6 mg, vitamin B12 1 μg, vitamin C 50 mg, vitamin PP 5 mg, pantothenol 2 mg; in dark glass bottles of 100 or 150 ml, complete with a dosing spoon, in the box 1 bottle.

Dosage and Administration

The drug should be taken orally, the lozenges are held in the mouth until completely absorbed; Syrup is taken after a meal (can be added to tea, juices, fruit purees). The usual dose of Pikovita: preschool children - 4-5 lozenges or 2-3 tsp syrup per day; children of school age - 5-7 lozenges or 3-4 tsp syrup per day.

Special notes

Patients with diabetes mellitus Pikovit syrup is not recommended (since 5 ml contain 3 g of sugar), but lozenges can be taken (1 lozenge - 0.6 g of sugar).
