Mechanism of action

The drug has a preventive protective, wound healing and cosmetic. Gel Biopokrov 2-2.5 times accelerates the healing of any skin damage: burns, wounds, damage caused by infectious agents. It has antibacterial and local anesthetic effect, dehydrating activity (13.5 times greater than the “standard” hypertonic NaCI solution), promotes rapid rejection of necrotic tissues, prevents secondary infection, optimizes the moisture of the wound. Biopokrov stimulates epithelization, prevents the formation of colloidal scars.

The gel prevents the penetration of fungi, bacteria, spores of fungi and bacteria, viruses, high-molecular organic compounds. When applied once, the skin protection is maintained for 48 hours, it is not washed off with water, it is not removed by mechanical rubbing (with a towel). Protection disappears after the natural dying off of the upper layers of skin cells and their exfoliation.

• in case of hypersensitivity to chlorine-containing solutions;
• when working in conditions with a high probability of infection;
• any damage to the skin (wounds, burns, frostbite, acne, boils, etc.);
• in allergic reactions to insect bites;
• with dermatitis.

Contraindications

Individual hypersensitivity to the individual components of the drug.

Dosage and administration

The gel should be applied 1 time in 2 days in small quantities on problem areas of the skin and lightly massage movements until completely absorbed. To achieve the maximum effect, it is necessary to apply it daily, and apply on the damaged areas more abundantly.

To protect against infection, apply before visiting baths, saunas, swimming pools and other places that are a source of increased risk of infection.

Adverse reactions

No adverse events were identified. Gel Biopokrov is harmless, non-toxic, has no contraindications to repeated and long-term use. Allergic reactions were noted.
