There are many methods of application (about 30), here are the most basic and popular ones:

• Internal use

1-2 drops of the ethereal composition mixed with 1 tsp. emulsifier (base oil cold pressed, honey, milk, jam, biscuits, sugar, etc.), drink a glass of water. 1-2 times a day.

• Culinary application

Use for flavoring tea (5-7 drops per 100 g of dry tea leaves); for flavoring wine (5-7 drops per bottle of wine, dissolve the essential oil in this case using an emulsifier - honey or sugar); as a spicy additive and seasoning in food (1-4 drops, depending on the dish).

• Baths

Mix 6-10 drops of the ethereal composition with 30-60 g / ml emulsifier (salt, soda, honey, agar-agar, bath foam, cream, milk, starch, etc.), then add the mixture to the water. Temperature mode of the bath to choose individually! It should be remembered that baths with water having a body temperature (36-37 C), have no contraindications!

• Inhalation - inhalation of volatile substances through the nose and mouth.

• Massage - for the preparation of a massage mixture should proceed from the dosage of 3-5 drops per 10 ml of the base. It is advisable to always warm the finished massage oil.

• Wraps - pour warm water into a container (2-3 liters) and add 15 drops of essential oil or essential oils to it, then moisten a sheet or towel with aromatic water and wrap yourself in a damp cloth. The procedure time is 2-5 minutes.
