Individual intolerance to the drug, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
Dosed spray administered intranasally: adults - 1 dose in each nasal passage 2 times a day; children from 1 year to 6 years old - 1 dose in one nasal passage, 7–14 years old - 1 dose in each nasal passage 1 time per day. Duration of use - 10 days for therapeutic purposes or 3-5 days for the purpose of prevention. Repeated course is held no earlier than 1 month.
Allergic reactions.
Increases the effectiveness of other types of therapy (cytostatics, radiation therapy, etc.); not recommended for use simultaneously with large doses of glucocorticosteroid drugs.
