Thrazone has an antibacterial local, anti-inflammatory local effect.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of Tbrazon; viral diseases of the cornea and conjunctiva (Herpes simplex, chicken pox); eye tuberculosis; fungal diseases of the eye; condition after removal of a cornea foreign body, pregnancy, lactation, child age.
It is possible only on prescription if the expected effect of therapy outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.
Conjunctival, 1–2 drops of Taubra in the affected eye / eyes every 4–6 hours. In severe infections, 2 drops every hour until the clinical effect is obtained, then the dose of the drug is gradually reduced until discontinued.
Local allergic reactions: swelling, itching of the eyelids, conjunctival erythema;
increased intraocular pressure (with prolonged use); With constant use for more than 3 months, the development of cataracts, corneal mycosis is possible; slowing down the regeneration processes.
When applied for more than 10 days, it is necessary to regularly measure intraocular pressure.
When using the drug Tregon simultaneously with systemic antibiotics of the aminoglycoside group or with GCS for systemic use, it is possible to increase the risk of developing systemic side effects; therefore, the total concentration of active substances in blood serum should be controlled.
Symptoms: punctate keratitis, erythema, increased tearing, itching and swelling of the eyelid.
Treatment: carry out symptomatic therapy with the subsequent cancellation of the drug.
The drug should be stored in a dry, dark place and out of reach of children at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C; do not freeze.
