Composition and release form
Glycine - 70 mg, L-glutamic acid - 70 mg, L-cystine - 70 mg
Excipients: Metocel, Magnesium stearate, pill weight 220 mg.
On 30 pills in a blister strip packaging from a film of a polyvinyl chloride and aluminum foil, printed, lacquered.
1 or 2 planimetric packagings together with the instruction for application are placed in a pack from a cardboard.

Pharmacological properties
Eltacin contains a mixture of replaceable amino acids: Glycine, L-glutamic acid and L-cystine; it is a metabolic regulator: it increases the intracellular level of glutathione and glutathione-dependent enzymes, normalizes redox processes and the use of oxygen in tissues, due to which the drug is capable of:

• show antioxidant and antihypoxant effects,
• increase myocardial contractility,
• increase the body's tolerance to physical exertion, improve the quality of life of patients with heart failure.

The drug is non-toxic, does not have a local irritating effect.

Indications and usage

Treatment of chronic heart failure I-III FC (with standard therapy).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug.

Dosage and administration

Eltacin take 1 tab. 3 times a day sublingual; or in the form of a powder - after grinding the pill - (the pill can be chewed and held in the mouth under the tongue.
The course of treatment is 3 weeks, repeated courses - as recommended by the doctor.

Not contraindicated in the use of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE), beta-blockers, diuretics, aldosterone antagonists, nitrates.
