NEBILET - antihypertensive, antianginal. Selectively blocks beta1-adrenoreceptors, modulates the synthesis of endothelial relaxing factor (NO). The decrease in blood pressure is due to a decrease in cardiac output, BCC, OPSS, inhibition of renin formation, and partial loss of sensitivity of baroreceptors. The hypotensive effect usually develops after 1-2 weeks (sometimes within 1 month) and reaches an optimum after 4 weeks.
Headache, dizziness, tiredness (weakness), paresthesia (tingling sensation on the skin), nausea, diarrhea or constipation.
With extreme caution prescribed to patients over 75 years of age (with a relatively low heart rate). With concomitant ischemic heart disease, it is necessary to discontinue therapy gradually - within 1-2 weeks. They are used with caution in diabetes mellitus (it is possible to mask signs of a decrease in blood glucose - nervousness, tremors, palpitations), with hyperfunction of the thyroid gland (an increase in heart rate is masked), with a tendency to allergies (possibly increased pollen and other allergens). In psoriasis, prescribed only after a careful analysis of the ratio between the possible risk and benefit from the use of the drug.
Compatible with other antihypertensive drugs.
In a dry, cool place, at a temperature not higher than 25 ° C
